The General Assembly Un.I.D.A.F. has decided to open a B & B in the national center of Rome, in Via Maria Theodoli 11, reserved for members, associates, long as the booking calendar.

 

CONDITIONS APPROVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY

  1. The reception is a type B&B: the bill is paid to the arrival.

  2. The maximum period of stay is  7 (seven) days, except for specials cases motivated by periods of study or competitions, to be agreed in advance with the Secretariat.

  3. The daily rate for the year 2012, is € 35.0 per person/day (children ages 7 to 10 years € 15).


FORMALITIES

  • Book your period of stay from the calendar of availability. Send your request by E-MAIL: unidaf.italia@gmail.com; unidaf.italia@tiscali.it, or fax: 039 0423 4650 08 and communicates the date and time (approx) of your arrival.

  • The Un.I.D.A.F. gives you the OK and then you can do the registration by paying the annual fee, € 28.90 to the bank account: IBAN IT30 N076 0103 2000 0008 3673 004.(2)

  • CHECK-IN: handing over the keys after 14.00 hours. CHECK-OUT: before 12.00 hours. Leave the keys on the table and close the door.

(2)Registration is not refundable, but it also applies to any rental period during the relevant year.
